The West Plains R-VII School District is seeking highly qualified applicants for the position of Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Itinerant teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.  The ECSE program serves special needs students ages 3-5. The successful candidate will be responsible for traveling to area schools including the five K-8 districts and Head Start faciliteis to serve students. 

The successful candidate must hold or be able to obtain certification in Early Childhood Special Education B-3. Certification in additional content areas will be considered a positive as well.  The successful candidate must have a good understanding of the IEP process and the ability to write as well as implement IEP's.
