The West Plains School District is seeking highly qualified candidates for future teaching positions in all areas. The West Plains R-VII distict is currently composed of South Fork Elementary, West Plains Elementary, West Plains Middle, West Plains High, and the South Central Career Center.  West Plains Schools has a rich tradition of excellence. Successful candidate(s) will possess the ability to actively engage students in the learning process and the ability to provide opportunities for students to achieve their maximum potential. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities, Missouri Learning Standards, and Response to Intervention. The successful candidate(s) will also be able to interpret and utilize data to support curriculum decisions and determine effectiveness of instruction. Several positions could be connected to open coaching positions.
