The West Plains R-VII School District is currently seeking highly qualified applicants for the position of elementary teacher for the 25-26 school year. Grade level will be determined at a later date as this is an anticipated opening.  Successful candidate(s) will possess the ability to actively engage students in the learning process and the ability to provide opportunities for students to achieve their maximum potential.  Candidates should have a working knowledge of Professional Learning Communities, Missouri Learning Standards, Response to Intervention, and School Wide Positive Support System.  The successful candidate will also be able to interpret and utilize data to support curriculum decisions and determine the effectiveness of instruction.   West Plains Elementary houses approximately 750 students grades PK-4 and South Fork Elementary houses approximatley 150 students grades PK-6.
